A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NURSE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
In this role your responsibilities as a staffing coordinator include scheduling nursing needs, hours and vacations based on budgeted PRD and current census. Daily reviews of scheduling levels and staffing changes with the DON and Administration as needed to maintain safe staffing levels for proper resident care.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NURSE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
