What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waitstaff/Server position at Bombay Pizza Kitchen?
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with a smile and genuine hospitality
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Assist with bar orders (must be 18 for alcohol service)
Ensure tables are clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest
Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team
What We're Looking For:
Previous serving experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
Positive attitude and great communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms, is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
