What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waitstaff/Server position at Bombay Pizza Kitchen?
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a smile and genuine hospitality
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with bar orders (must be 18 for alcohol service)
- Ensure tables are clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms, is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
