Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions according to physician orders.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, set realistic goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care. Develop care plans tailored to each patient's needs and modify treatments as necessary.
• Qualifications & Skills: Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, graduate from an accredited institution, and possess a current state license or be in the process of licensure. At least one year of experience and CPR certification are required.
• Key Duties: Assess patients’ medical and functional status, establish treatment goals, provide therapy services, and evaluate progress to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
