Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing patient care plans across acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff, bill within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify care plans, evaluate patients, and ensure accurate documentation using medical systems.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 6 months experience (new grads encouraged), current BLS and state-specific license, strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of adaptive equipment, understanding of facility billing and documentation standards, and adherence to regulatory rules.
