Role: Travel Physical Therapist in a Critical Access Hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and provide treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities; float within scope to cover various areas; utilize Epic for charting; and support patient care for all ages and diagnoses. Responsibilities may include wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year recent Physical Therapy experience, active state license, BLS certification, and Epic charting experience. Pediatric and adolescent experience preferred. Must have a compact license and be willing to work day shifts, including holidays, with no weekend or on-call duties. Ability to float to different units and work independently.
Key Duties: Evaluation, treatment, documentation, and coverage across multiple settings. Flexibility to float, adherence to safety protocols, and professional communication are essential.
Additional Details: Travel assignment includes free housing, rental vehicle, and on-site parking. Must be at least 50 miles from the facility, with references required. First-time travelers accepted.
