Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

Seeking a dedicated travel Physical Therapist to work in a critical access hospital setting. The role involves

• evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions
• The therapist will treat patients across various age groups with diverse diagnoses in outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing environments. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  
  

Qualifications include

• a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
