- Evaluate and re-evaluate adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Plan, implement, and update therapeutic programs as prescribed by physicians.
- Manage a full caseload independently, ensuring timely re-evaluations based on insurance and patient needs.
- Maintain documentation and treatment plans, including home exercise programs.
- Work in a medical center covering both Rehab and Acute Rehab units, following a day shift schedule.
- Active Occupational Therapist license; Hawaii license required if applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with adult patients in outpatient and acute care settings.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Net Health Therapy and Meditech preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage comprehensive caseloads.
- Work collaboratively within hospital operations, including holiday coverage.
- Report to Employee Health before assignment and arrive in Hawaii accordingly.
