We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a healthcare setting.
- Assess referred patients to evaluate their medical condition, functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions according to physician orders.
- Monitor and modify care plans to meet therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care objectives.
- Graduation from an accredited school with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Successful passing of the NBCOT exam.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience.
- Current state licensure or active application process.
- Current CPR certification.
