We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, Alexandria, or Virginia Beach.

- Providing advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients' homes and care facilities.
- Performing bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilizing EMR systems for documentation and patient records.
- Educating patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
- Virginia licensure as NP or PA; wound care experience preferred but training available.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Hourly pay of $55–$70, flexible scheduling, and autonomy in the field.
