We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.
- Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and document encounters accurately using EMR systems.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention, aiming to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.
- Work autonomously with flexible scheduling and support ongoing wound care training.
Qualifications: Virginia licensure, wound care experience preferred but training provided, strong clinical and communication skills, reliable transportation, and home health experience is a plus.
Compensation: $55–$70/hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and flexible hours.
Full-time and part-time roles available, ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is a mobile position requiring travel within designated areas.
