Exclusive. Parent company is global, US based, and exceeded Wall Street expectations in 2025 on revenues, profits, and EPS. Located on Long Island is a strategic segment that develops and manufacturers engineered components sold to OEMs globally. This is a multi-plant group with domestic and international manufacturing sites. Growth has come from product and new business development, expanding customer base, reinvestment into infrastructure, international expansion, and acquisitions. Looking for a finance leader with strong business acumen and knowledge of product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and continuous improvement.
Partner with VP/GM on overall strategy, expansion plans, margin improvement, performance of business units, acquisition due diligence/integration, problem solving, deliverables and P/L management. Lead an established finance team. Key areas of responsibilities:
- Partner with VP/GM on short/long range strategic planning and infrastructure buildout
- Budgets, forecasting and business analytics, KPIs, metrics
- Financial reporting and compliance (i.e., ASC 606)
- Working capital improvements and investments
- Oversite and mentoring of BU Controllers
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on OTD, inventory management, capital expenditures, optimization, demand forecasting, etc.
- Team with sales on pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering on budget, costs, and deliverables.
- Continuous improvement (i.e., working capital improvements, automation initiatives)
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen, a P/L mentality, and the drive to make a difference. Hybrid (3-4 days in office).
REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 12 years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership of a multi-site manufacturing division or corporation serving OEM markets (i.e., aerospace, capital equipment). Must be willing to travel 10-20%.
REWARD: $260,000 to $300,000 DOE plus 25% bonus & LTIP ($50,000 to $60,000 annually), car, and excellent benefits
