Exclusive. Northeast holding company with technology services and manufacturing portfolio companies serving commercial markets. New role reporting to Chairman. Every portfolio company had their best year in 2025. On the horizon is further expansion led by AI based product development, international expansion, new customers, and recurring revenues streams. We are looking for a business advisor and influencer that is still willing to bear hug the business and drive future growth. Quick overview of responsibilities and leadership are:
- Partner and contribute on short- and long-term strategies for the portfolio companies (i.e., geographical expansion, acquisitions, spin-offs, capital investments, incubator projects, organizational development)
- Functioning as a consultant and advisory Board member to portfolio companies (i.e., pricing, margin management, leadership development, KPIs, capital expenditures, process improvements, working capital improvements, demand planning, business development, infrastructure build out)
- Be liaison with external counsel on domestic and international customer contracts, labor agreements, and other legal matters
REQUIREMENTS: BS required (Accounting, Finance, or Engineering preferred). MBA desired. Ideal candidate might come from investment banking or private equity targeting global technology markets. Role can be hybrid or in-office.
REWARD: $270,000 to $300,000 DOE plus bonus (30-40%), LTIP (seven figure 3-5 year incentives), and superior benefits.
