Be responsible all accounting, analytics, forecasting, and budgets for $250 M multi-plant manufacturer. Partner across total business (e.g., engineering, sales, manufacturing, supply chain) and have responsibility for the following:

Financial Reporting & Accounting: Everything is automated. Lead a team and prepare monthly and quarterly financial package for corporate including MD&A. Be involved with revenue recognition, leasing and SOX compliance.

Budgets & Strategic Planning: Partner on development and management of capital spending, revenue projections, M&A, global expansion, budgets & strategic plan.

FP&A: Financial and operational analytics; validate variances on PPV, inventory, revenues, and other KPIs; get behind the numbers and understand drivers that are influencing productivity and margins; develop rolling forecasts. Look at the impact of potential tariffs and confer on pricing and margin management.

Business Partnering: Be the financial resource across the business unit on everything from process improvement initiatives and capital expenditures to road mapping of top customers, cost estimates, and margins. Understand cost drivers that impact product development, supply chain, manufacturing and business development.

REQUIREMENTS: BS Accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus. Seek 10 years of business experience with most recent as Controller or VP Finance within a multi-plant manufacturing setting targeting global markets.

REWARD: $200,000 to $230,000 DOE plus 20% bonus (paid out at over 100% for 2025), LTIP (annual value at $50,000 to $100,000), superior benefits, and upside potential.
