Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Recruiter to join our COO/Operations Recruiting team. This role is located in Lake Mary.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals
- Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process
- Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness
- Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
- Comfortable using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently
- Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage priorities
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders
- Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership
