Compensation
- $700 per week guaranteed base salary
- $500 bonus for every successful hire
- Unlimited hiring bonuses
- Weekly pay
- Full-time position
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire door-to-door sales representatives
- Review applications and source candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone interviews and initial screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding and orientation
- Follow up with new hires during training to improve retention
- Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline
- Represent the Raptis Roofing culture with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is preferred but not required
