Responsibilities
- Prepare and process car deals.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies by investigating account issues and collaborating with sales and finance teams.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, including journal entries, account analysis, and updating customer information.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professional etiquette and excellent customer service standards.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures by preparing reports, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing financial data to support accurate reporting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as debits & credits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable management along with collections account oversight.
- Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation, Excel data analysis, and account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends.
- Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction via phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
