Position Summary:
The role is responsible for executing and optimizing purchasing, sourcing, and inventory control processes, ensuring the proper management of purchase orders, suppliers, and materials within the warehouse. This position focuses on the full procurement cycle, inventory management, and internal coordination with Finance and Operations, with limited involvement in international logistics or shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end purchasing processes: requisitions, purchase orders, follow-up, and closure.
- Manage supplier relationships, including price negotiation, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Coordinate and participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes across different categories.
- Manage and keep warehouse inventory records up to date.
- Follow up on inbound goods and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders in the system.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable on invoice reconciliation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, GEP, or other ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
