We are leading a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a high-growth organization within the distribution and/or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
This executive role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic finance leader with strong operational insight and experience driving performance across multi-site or high-volume environments.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the organization
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Oversee FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and pricing strategies
• Lead financial modeling, capital allocation, and investment decisions (including expansion and new locations)
• Implement scalable systems, controls, and reporting processes
• Support M&A activity, integrations, and strategic partnerships (if applicable)
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in distribution, retail, or QSR environments
• Strong operational finance background with multi-unit or high-volume business exposure
• Expertise in financial planning, analytics, and performance optimization
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
• Track record of leading teams and influencing executive decision-making
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting franchised or company-owned store models
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or food distribution
• M&A or private equity-backed company experience
