Position Summary:
The Maintenance Front Desk / Pools Support employee plays a dual role in supporting daily front desk operations within our Maintenance department as well as coordinating pool and hot tub maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties. This position serves as a key communication hub, ensuring efficient handling of maintenance requests, seamless coordination between departments, and a high level of service for guests, owners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet vendors, and manage weekly arrival report
- Respond to emails and text communications promptly
- Schedule and coordinate pool and hot tub maintenance with techs and vendors
- Create and track work orders for technicians and vendors
- Maintain service records, logs, and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and field staff
- Monitor inventory for pool chemicals and supplies
- Assist with resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Support housekeeping, inspections, and cross-department operations
- Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure seamless, turn-key services
- Assist during emergency situations (storms, hurricanes, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative, office, or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with pool/spa and maintenance terminology or processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced service environment.
- Weekends are required
Pay: $15.25 per hour
