Our client, a prestigious company, is in search of an IT - User Technology Specialist who is ready to showcase their skills and become a part of a dynamic team. This role is 100% on-site, with remote interviews.
What you'll be doing…
- Managing Active Directory, including creating computer accounts, implementing necessary modifications, and deleting user accounts.
- Resolving hardware-related issues pertaining to PCs, peripheral hardware, printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software such as Microsoft Office Applications, Windows 10, Anti-Virus, and other business applications.
- Developing and applying standard computer images with authorized software to ensure consistent configurations.
The right person has…
- A minimum of one year of experience in systems applications analysis, programming or telecommunications functions utilizing a variety of hardware and software, or installation and maintenance of digital systems, radio, and electronic communications systems.
- Experience in telephone station equipment and related telecommunications distribution systems.
- Coursework including training or experience with one or more workstation computers and one or more programming languages and one or more operating systems.
- Experience with Remedy Salesforce or other helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Experience in supporting more than 200 users and computers in a networked environment.
- Training with Microsoft SCCM.
- Experience as level 2 helpdesk support.
- Experience overseeing an enterprise computer replacement program.
- Experience with mission-critical systems.
- Experience in an Active Directory environment.
- Experience providing audio-visual support.
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system to respond and resolve technical requests from end users.
- Proficient experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise desktops and laptop computers, printers, scanners, and business applications.
