Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links using advanced tools like Pathloss 6 and Infovista Planet.
- Conduct comprehensive link budgets, path profiling, and feasibility studies to ensure robust network performance.
- Perform site and path surveys, including LOS validation and obstacle analysis, to support seamless field implementation.
- Optimize microwave radio systems in collaboration with top-tier equipment providers such as Nokia, Aviat, and Ericsson.
- Develop detailed installation drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation for project execution.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of RF / wireless engineering experience, with a strong focus on microwave backhaul design.
- Proficiency in Pathloss 6 and/or Infovista Planet.
- Demonstrated ability in link design, path analysis, and system optimization.
- Experience with wireless technologies like LTE/5G, Land Mobile Radio, or narrowband systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Utility industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (PE preferred but not required).
