Duration: One-year contract, starting upon onboarding.
Purpose: Provide temporary IT support to ensure continuity during absences of the primary ITSS. This role is critical to maintaining operations and preventing service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as backup IT support specialist . Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle. Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation. Assist with user training, deployment, and process improvements.
