Full-Time Server

Job Summary
The Full-Time Server is a key member of our front-of-house team, providing attentive and professional service throughout breakfast and lunch operations. As Bonheur continues to expand its daytime dining business, this role will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
In addition to dining room service, team members may occasionally assist with dessert, pie, and ice cream service during afternoon and evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
- Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages during breakfast and lunch service
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and featured items
- Build guest relationships through genuine hospitality and personalized service
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
- Work efficiently during high-volume meal periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Assist with dessert, pie, and ice cream service as needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience required
- Full-time availability, including weekdays and weekends
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Schedule
Bonheur Hours of Operation
- Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday-Saturday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Closed Sunday & Monday
Breakfast Service: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Lunch Service: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Dessert Service : Afternoon and evening ice cream & pie sales
