Full-Time Day Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time (Must be flexible and have Saturday availability. 18 and over and out of high school
• Part time Team Members are expected to close 2 nights per week and close Saturdays as well. (this schedule must be maintained if playing sports or are in clubs or other extra activities.)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
