Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to be part of our Administrative team in Sylva, NC.

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to all BRH programs to ensure the highest degree of efficiency and compliance across all services. Responsibilities included:
- Participation in internal auditing activities
- Participation in implementation and monitoring of quality assurance activities
- Coordinate with leaders to gather data for monthly reports including but not exclusive to engagement, access, utilization, documentation timeliness, service delivery, and chart audits.
- Compile and submit timely reports, in accordance with contractual requirements
- Monitor and distribute to leadership policy and process changes as issued by DHHS, DMA, PHP standard plans, and BH/IDD Tailored plans.
- Participate in activities associated with audit processes.
- Providing administrative support for all programs and departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years’ experience working in behavioral health setting preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, with Electronic Medical Record experience required.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and ability in data tracking, management, analysis and feedback of results.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
