Lead Installer

HVAC Installer – $25–$30/hr – Brevard, NC

We’re hiring an HVAC Installer in Brevard. If you’re solid in installs and want steady work without the chaos, this is a good opportunity to grow into a lead role.

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems (changeouts, split systems, ductwork)
• Work with a team to complete installs efficiently and correctly
• Keep job sites clean and professional
• Communicate with team and customers as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years HVAC install experience
• Can handle installs with minimal supervision
• Knows ductwork, airflow basics, and system setup
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Valid driver’s license
