Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team in Sylva, NC
A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.

Clinical supervision provided for associate level clinicians (as applicable for LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCASA)

What You'll Do:
A clinician in the Recovery Education Center provides assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance abuse issues and assists in coordinating care for individuals across programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)
- 2 years clinical work experience preferred
- LCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plus
- Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
- Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
- Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
