Key Responsibilities
Product Support & Intake
- Support intake and organization of product improvement requests and feedback from internal teams and customers
- Assist in translating business and operational needs into clear, structured product requirements
- Help maintain and organize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Management
- Support product development efforts from ideation through release
- Coordinate timelines, documentation, and readiness activities across Engineering, Operations, and other teams
- Ensure product requirements, specifications, and documentation are complete and accurate
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales teams to track progress and follow up on action items
- Support alignment across teams to ensure smooth product delivery and handoffs
- Maintain clear product documentation, specifications, and change records
- Communicate product updates, status, and changes to internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing materials to support product launches and internal training
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, operations, engineering support, or a related role
- Strong interest in technology and product development
- Organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
