Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Intake
- Manage hardware improvement requests and product feedback from internal teams and customers.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements.
- Maintain and prioritize the hardware product backlog.
- Support NPI efforts from ideation through release to Sales.
- Coordinate timelines, documentation, and readiness across Engineering, Production, and Operations.
- Ensure product requirements, specifications, and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Work closely with Hardware Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations teams.
- Support Sales with product knowledge, documentation, and release readiness.
- Maintain clear product documentation, specifications, and change records.
- Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in product, operations, engineering support, or technical coordination roles.
- Strong interest in hardware products and lifecycle management.
