Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Blue Hill, ME. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of food and service quality, compliance with health and safety regulations, and a welcoming environment for staff and customers. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training and mentoring team members, monitoring inventory, and fostering positive interactions with customers. The Cafe Manager will also work on driving sales and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring positive interactions with customers and effective team management
- Expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service to oversee operations and maintain quality standards
- Sales skills to track performance, drive revenue, and meet business objectives
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage resources and staff members
- Experience in a similar role or food service environment is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
