Our Montgomery team has an opening for a full time Stock Associate. The position is based on the shop floor and centres on one thing done well: making sure customers can always find what they came in for, presented to a standard we are happy to put our name to.
Training is provided in full, so the role suits applicants with retail experience and those without it equally.
A Typical Day
Mornings usually begin with unpacking new stock and preparing it for display, followed by a walk of the floor to bring shelves and product areas back up to standard. Through the day you will restock as products sell, refresh promotional displays, complete date and quality checks where needed, and record anything running low so the supervisor can reorder in good time.
Customers will ask you where things are, and part of the job is being approachable enough that they feel comfortable doing so. During promotions and seasonal peaks, the whole team pulls together and the pace picks up noticeably.
