Inbound Call Center Representative

We're growing our team in Montgomery, AL and are looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll handle incoming customer calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information while delivering a professional and positive experience with every interaction.

What Your Shift Will Involve

Every day brings new opportunities to assist customers and support our call center operations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers with account inquiries, billing questions, orders, payments, and service requests
• Researching customer concerns and providing accurate solutions
• Resolving issues during the first call whenever possible
• Updating customer accounts and documenting interactions accurately
• Explaining products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to deliver excellent customer service

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team.

Previous experience as an Inbound Call Center Representative, Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Associate, Client Services Representative, or in another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunities available
