We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our retail team in Montgomery, AL. In this role, you will keep our sales floor fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing so customers always enjoy a great shopping experience. This is a customer-facing, fast-paced position ideal for a motivated team player who takes pride in presentation and service. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Stock, restock, and replenish shelves to keep the sales floor full and well-presented
- Build and maintain eye-catching product displays and promotional setups
- Price, tag, and label merchandise, and keep shelf signage accurate
- Rotate stock so newer products are properly positioned and easy to find
- Assist customers on the floor by answering questions and helping them locate items
- Keep aisles, displays, and the sales floor clean, safe, and easy to shop
- Support regular inventory counts and help track fast-selling products
- Work closely with the team to maintain merchandising standards and restock priorities
- Assist at the register or with other store duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
- Able to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.
