This part-time position will support a family owned and operated specialty food business. The responsibilities include bookkeeping and general office tasks: filing documents, receiving bills, accounts payable, account reconciliation, update customer records, and other.
Job Description:
- File all customer and vendor files and docs.
- Post bills in Quickbooks.
- Issue Packing lists.
- Be a good communicator and have a positive demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service per company policies and culture.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Retrieve, print, and submit sales orders to production
- Help bookkeeper with Quickbooks tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher.
- Prior bookkeeping experience desired.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Quickbooks desired.
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, detail oriented, and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug test
