Responsibilities
- Assist Ownership in office operations/ management
- Receive Customer orders, check with production and communicate readiness
- Create Picklists, help determine pick-up/delivery
- Bookkeeping software
- Create Invoices
- Support and handling of technology needs
- Enter invoices after delivery, check totals
- Enter customerpayments
- Process online order shipping labels
- Handle Amazon Fulfillments
- Payroll
- Limited purchasing
- Bill Paying
- Cross Check accounts payable with receiving
- New Employee documents
- Provide documentation needed for audits
- Log Drum weights from honey deliveries into spreadsheet
- Check emails daily
- Run reports as needed
- Update Inventory sheets and delivery counts
- Communicate with H2A Vida consultants and make sure all proper documentation is obtained from H2A workers
- Filing
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Maintain Administrative registrations for Food Facility, GA DOA, GA Secretary of State, USDOT and Apiary renewals
- Process requited updates to Trademarks
- Limited customer support as needed
