Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled HR Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining HR data integrity in Employee Central / SuccessFactors, responding to HR inquiries, and supporting onboarding efforts to ensure smooth HR operations.
Job Duties:
- Support the local HR team with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage employee data within Employee Central / SuccessFactors
- Monitor and respond to HR helpdesk inquiries
- Process HR documentation related to new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee status changes
- Provide onboarding support and conduct I-9 verification
- Triage HR issues and provide guidance on topics such as absence, accommodations, and organizational change
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central
- Experience managing and updating employee data in HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with I-9 verification and onboarding procedures
- Proficiency in handling HR documentation (new hires, terminations, benefits, etc.)
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Desired:
- Prior experience supporting HR Helpdesk functions
- Exposure to absence management or employee relations topics
- Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced HR environment
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for HR data handling
