Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a skilled Financial Sales Controller. This role is responsible for driving financial analysis, managing commercial performance, and supporting Sales and business units with strategic decision-making.
Job Duties
- Partner with Sales and business units on financial and commercial performance
- Analyze sales price variance, customer price reductions, and concessions
- Forecast pricing impacts and manage retroactive pricing accruals
- Support customer claims, quotes, targets, and program financials
- Lead P&L analysis, forecasting, month-end activities, and reporting
- Track sales performance, pricing, volumes, and order intake
- Improve financial reporting and controlling processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Tier 1 automotive supplier experience
- Business controlling, sales controlling, or commercial finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- ERP system experience
- P&L, accrual, forecasting, and month-end close experience
- Automotive pricing and sales price variance experience
Desired
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Financial consolidation/reporting systems experience
- Automotive customer claims and commercial finance experience
