Role: Technical Delivery Manager responsible for driving software initiatives from planning through release in an Agile environment. This person will work closely with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers, manage risks/dependencies, solve delivery issues, and keep technical projects moving forward. This is not a traditional Project Manager or Scrum Master role — they need to be comfortable getting into technical conversations with development teams.
Must-Haves:
- Strong technical delivery / software program management experience
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, releases, and CI/CD
- Ability to manage technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-team delivery
- Strong technical foundation in software, systems, architecture, cloud, APIs, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ownership mentality
- Must be comfortable diving into technical issues, not just tracking status
