This role is responsible for managing complex, multi-vendor projects, modernizing project management tools and workflows, and implementing automation to improve efficiency while optimizing established processes.
Job Duties:
- Manage complex, integrated technical projects involving multiple vendors, stakeholders, and matrixed teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using Microsoft Project
- Modernize project tracking, reporting, and workflow management through Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Enhance complex Excel tracking tools using advanced formulas, automated calculations, and reporting capabilities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual project administration, documentation, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with Product Management stakeholders to align project execution with product priorities, requirements, and deliverables
- Evaluate and optimize existing project management processes while maintaining operational continuity
- Incorporate AI-powered tools and modern project management practices to improve productivity and execution
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience managing complex digital projects involving multiple vendors and matrixed teams
- Experience creating website launches, digital marketing campaigns, product enhancements, and CRM initiatives
- Hands-on Microsoft Project experience developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and dependencies
- Experience integrating Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 to improve project visibility and efficiency
- Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and process improvements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and project management integrations
- Experience implementing process automation and improving established project management workflows
- Experience in Product Management or supporting product management functions, including product priorities, requirements, and delivery planning
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools
