We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Analytics to lead enterprise-scale data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects.
Required Qualifications
• 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lakes (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience with Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT Processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience using SQL and analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and analytics teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee implementation of data lakes, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and quality standards.
