- Own and drive portfolio-wide leasing strategy, including pricing, renewals, concessions, and revenue optimization
- Analyze leasing performance data and provide daily, weekly, and ongoing insights to leadership
- Identify risks and opportunities in real time and adjust strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Conduct leasing audits and support transitions from third-party management to in-house operations
- Partner closely with marketing to align campaigns with leasing velocity and pricing strategy
- Collaborate with operations to drive overall property performance and financial outcomes
- Optimize and standardize leasing processes, workflows, and reporting across the portfolio
- Ensure consistent execution of leasing strategies across multiple properties and markets
- Leverage systems and tools including Entrata and HubSpot to improve performance and reporting
- Travel to properties as needed to support, audit, and elevate leasing performance

π What It Takes
- 8β12 years of experience in multifamily and/or student housing leasing and revenue management
- Proven success managing leasing strategy across multiple properties or markets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience with Entrata and CRM/reporting tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Background in revenue management, pricing strategy, and leasing performance optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and revenue acumen
- Hands-on leader who can coach and develop leasing teams
