- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of property improvement and construction projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee renovations, capital improvements, and building systems upgrades
- Coordinate with property managers, contractors, engineers, and maintenance teams
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems

🎒 What It Takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in construction or project management
- Proven experience managing renovations, retrofits, and building systems projects
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar)
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
