- Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents
- Manage leasing activities including applications, approvals, and move-ins
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to drive leasing velocity
- Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with marketing efforts and online leasing activity
- Maintain accurate leasing data and reports
- Support day-to-day operations and resident communication
