πΌ What Youβll Do
- Oversee daily operations across a mixed-use portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial properties, including several historic mill building conversions.
- Lead and support a team including property management, leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
- Manage operational performance, occupancy, tenant relations, and overall property condition
- Review financial reports, budgets, variance reporting, and portfolio performance metrics
- Work directly with ownership groups and investment partners on operational updates and strategic planning
- Monitor delinquency reporting and implement strategies to improve collections and resident retention
- Ensure properties are operating efficiently and consistently across the portfolio
- Coordinate vendor relationships, maintenance operations, and capital improvement initiatives
- Support leasing efforts and collaborate with onsite teams to maintain strong occupancy performance
- Utilize Yardi Breeze Premier for operational reporting and property management functions
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry standards

- 3β5 years of property management leadership experience
- Experience managing multifamily portfolios required
- Some commercial property management experience preferred

- Strong organizational and systems-management abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
