About the Role
As an RBT at Blue Bird Day, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing individualized therapy
- Collecting data on programming
- Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
