About The Role
As a BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 3-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-41/hour
- Paid Time Off

- Schedule: Part-time / PRN
