- Manage a high-volume recruiting coordination workflow, scheduling candidate interviews, tracking candidate sourcing context, preparing background materials for each meeting, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout.
- Take full ownership of inbox management, triaging external communications, flagging what requires attention, and keeping things moving on his behalf.
- Book and coordinate travel logistics, including occasional domestic and international trips, with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Prepare briefing materials and meeting context so the CTO walks into every conversation informed and ready.
- Work closely with the Business Ops Associate, who manages AI and recruiting automations, to close coordination gaps that systems alone cannot cover.
