- Coordinate travel and trip logistics, including detailed itineraries.
- Prepare for meetings, presentations, and other initiatives by organizing agendas, briefing documents, research, and other key materials in advance.
- Track key initiatives, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely progress across priorities.
- Organize and drive the execution of leadership meetings, board meetings, team gatherings, off-sites, and org-wide events.
- Act as an extension of the Executive, keeping a pulse on the organization to foster team culture, create alignment, and foster communication.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workstreams, improve processes, and increase efficiencies across the organization.
- Partner with Marketing leaders and provide support for expenses, invoicing, and budgets to ensure accurate reporting and consistency.
- Work closely with other EAs and stakeholders to coordinate cross-functionally.
- Take on ad hoc projects that provide leverage to the Executive and team.

- 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or senior leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High EQ, with the ability to read the room and understand situations and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, think proactively, and operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Proactive, forward-thinker who looks around corners to anticipate needs and prepare in advance.
- Systems-oriented with the ability to bring frameworks and refine processes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- High-level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in leveraging tools to improve efficiency and workflows.
