Job Description Summary:

As the Hospitality Coordinator for Block Imaging, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer engagement and fostering a welcoming environment for both our guests and internal team. Your focus will be on hosting memorable experiences, supporting organizational operations through administrative tasks, and maintaining the company's overall appearance and cleanliness. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional service.

Essential Functions and Job Duties:

  • Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain inventory for the office and building, ordering office supplies and stocking kitchen essentials. Ensure the team kitchens are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Mail Processing: Sort and distribute daily mail, ensuring timely notation of received checks.
  • Guest Hosting: Participate in creating a “hosting next level experience” for guests, ensuring their needs are met during visits.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, contributing to a seamless experience for attendees. Assist in marketing team with distribution of trade show materials.
  • Administrative Support: Undertake special projects and handle other duties as assigned, supporting the Administrative and Core teams.
  • Apparel Management: Order, maintain inventory, and stock Block Imaging apparel for team members and customers.
  • All other duties as assigned.
